Job Details:

Position: Martial Arts Instructor

Working Time: $21.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

As a Martial Arts Instructor at ANIMO Gym, your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate and instruct various athletic, fitness, and sports activities. Your engaging and supportive teaching style will motivate and inspire our members to reach their fitness and skill development goals. Your tasks will include:

1. Demonstrating and instructing athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques to individuals and groups.
2. Assisting with special events, such as tournaments, workshops, and demonstrations.
3. Planning and carrying out recreational, fitness, and sports activities that cater to the diverse needs of our members.
4. Maintaining and repairing sports equipment to ensure a safe and functional training environment.
5. Preparing reports to track member progress, class attendance, and other relevant data.
6. Understanding the principles of group dynamics to create a positive and inclusive training atmosphere.
7. Scheduling activities, keeping logs, maintaining records, and preparing reports as required.
8. Leading and instructing groups during training sessions, focusing on proper techniques and safety protocols.
9. Assembling supplies, sports equipment, and game materials for training sessions and events.
